Fees: Consumer Bankruptcies (Business Bankruptcies are higher)

Chapter 7 Fees  
Attorney Fee $1500.00 - $2500.00
Filing Fee $306.00

Case will be filed when 1/2 of attorney fee and all of the filing fee have been paid.

Balance of attorney fee can be paid in monthly installments.


Chapter 13 Fees  
Attorney Fee $3,000.00
Filing Fee $281.00

Note: Only the retainer ($300.00) plus the filing fee need to be paid to the attorney, all other attorney fees will be paid through the Chapter 13 Trustee's Office as part of the Chapter 13 Plan


Client Provides:

Name, address, account number, and approximate balance of all debts owed
Including mortgage and car payment(s)

Debts on homes and cars may be reaffirmed at the client's discretion allowing client's to keep their property and continue to pay on these debts

Name, address, and balance of all retirement benefits, IRA's, pensions, etc.

Copies of all lawsuit documents (including divorce decrees, if any)

List of name, address, and relationship of co-debtors, if any

Last (2) two years' tax returns (including W-2's)

Six months of income records

60 days of pay stubs

Copy of Credit Report

Clients will need their social security card and photo ID at the first hearing with the Bankruptcy Trustee's representative
